Wisdom 50+: Customers 50+ save 10% off every order. On Sundays and Tuesdays, save 40% off from open to 9am and 30% off from 9am to close. Higher Education: Students and faculty save 10% off every order. Medical Patients: Save 10% off every order. Cannabis Industry: Save 20% off Wednesday through Saturday and 30% off Sundays and Mondays. Hospitality: Save 30% off Sundays and Mondays. Refer-a-Friend: Rewards members receive a 1,000-point gift in their digital wallet for each friend they refer, with no referral limit. Birthday: Rewards members receive a 2,000-point gift in their digital wallet on their birthday every year. Points may take up to 24 hours to populate. New Customers: Save 30% off your first visit, 35% off your second visit, and 40% off your third visit. Rewards program sign-up is required for all discounts. Is this a Med, Adult-Use or both market?

Both. Nevada allows medical and adult-use cannabis sales, and all six The Dispensary locations serve both medical patients and adult-use customers.

What is the difference between medical cannabis and adult use cannabis?

Accepted Answer

Adult-use cannabis is available to adults 21 and older with valid government-issued photo identification. Medical cannabis is available to qualifying patients with valid medical cannabis documentation and may include medical-specific benefits and purchase allowances.

I have never visited a dispensary. Can I just walk in and shop?

Absolutely. If you are 21 or older, bring a valid government-issued photo ID and stop by any of our Nevada locations. You do not need to be a Nevada resident to purchase adult-use cannabis. Medical patients should also bring their valid medical cannabis documentation.

How much Cannabis can I buy in one visit?

Nevada cannabis retailers may sell up to 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis, one-quarter ounce of concentrated cannabis, or a combination of usable and concentrated cannabis that does not exceed the legal limit.

Is there a possession limit?

Yes. Adults 21 and older may possess up to 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis, one-quarter ounce of concentrated cannabis (not to exceed 7,087 mg of THC), 7,087 mg of THC in cannabis products, or a combination that does not exceed the legal limit. Registered medical cannabis patients may possess up to 2.5 ounces of usable cannabis, 10,000 mg of THC concentrate, 10,000 mg of THC in edible cannabis products, or a combination that does not exceed the medical legal limit.

No. Cannabis consumption is not permitted inside The Dispensary locations. Nevada law also restricts cannabis consumption in public places and vehicles.

We do not currently offer drive-thru service. Delivery is available in select Nevada service areas. Las Vegas and Henderson delivery orders are placed through our Gibson location, while Reno delivery orders are available through our 2nd Street and Plumb locations.

Shop in-store or place an order online for pickup or curbside. Delivery is also available in select service areas through Gibson for Las Vegas and Henderson and through 2nd Street and Plumb for Reno.

We accept cash, chipped debit cards, CanPay, and Dutchie Pay by Bank at participating Nevada dispensaries. Standard ATMs are also available onsite. Credit cards and Chime cards are not currently accepted. Delivery orders are currently cash only.

Can I bring cannabis across state borders?

Accepted Answer

No. Cannabis purchased in Nevada should remain in Nevada. Do not transport cannabis across state lines, even when traveling to another state where cannabis is legal.
